Christie is managing partner of the RCB3Group specializing in leadership development for individuals and groups. As a Leadership Coach and Consultant who helps individuals and organizations reach desired outcomes. Christie believes that transformation occurs through the clarification of ambitions, developing action plans, and providing support to help clients obtain their desired results. Her passion for people of all ages has led her to speak in front of audiences big and small providing the same powerful message of hope and belief in ones' abilities!

Christie has worked with companies big and small from Tyco International to private start-ups. Christie has an MBA from Belmont University and a BS in Business-Marketing from the University of Tennessee. She is also an International Coach Federation Trained and Certified Professional Coach through her graduate level work at Fielding Graduate University and Career Coach Institute as well as a trained Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Civil Mediator. She sits on the following boards: Christian Women’s Job Corp, Belmont Massey Alumni Board, STARS Nashville (Young Leaders Council -Intern); and a member of the following organizations: CABLE, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and Tennessee Coaches Alliance (TCA).
